1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Foresight Track & Field (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or purchase the App.
2. About Us
The App is developed and operated by Foresight Pulse LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company based in Dublin, Ohio, United States.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. In-App Purchases and Payments
The App uses a freemium model: you can create a limited number of meets for free, after which you may purchase a one-time upgrade for unlimited meets. Pricing is clearly displayed in the App Store.
All payments are processed exclusively by Apple (via the App Store) or Google (via Google Play). We do not collect, store, or handle your payment information.
Purchases are final. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google according to their refund policies. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or illegal activity
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any payment or usage limits
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms
6. No Professional Advice / Accuracy Disclaimer
The App provides tools for creating track & field meet schedules and related estimates for informational and organizational purposes only. All data, predictions, and schedules are generated based on user input and algorithms.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information in the App. The App is not professional coaching, official timing, betting, or financial advice. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
7. User Content and Data Storage
Your created meet schedules may be stored on our secure servers to enable syncing and backup. By using the App, you consent to this storage. For details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, code, designs, graphics, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by Foresight Pulse LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under this license.
9. Disclaimers and No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foresight Pulse LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App or relevant in-app purchase (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms supplement (and do not replace) the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Foresight Pulse LLC regarding your use of the App.

Introduction
Foresight Track & Field (the “App”) is developed and operated by Foresight Pulse LLC, located in Dublin, Ohio, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being fully transparent about our data practices.
Information We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the core functionality of the App:
• Device Identifier: When you first open the App, we generate a random, anonymous Device UUID (Universally Unique Identifier). This identifier is used only to associate your created meet schedules with your specific device. It contains no personal information and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Meet Data: The track & field meet schedules you create (including meet names, venues, dates, times, and event configurations) are stored on our secure servers, linked only to your anonymous Device UUID. This enables syncing across sessions and provides basic backup.
• Premium Status: We record whether you have purchased the premium upgrade (to unlock unlimited meets). Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store any payment details.
We do not collect:
• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information
• Precise or approximate location data (any location permission is used locally on your device only)
• Photos, camera, or media files
• Usage analytics, behavioral tracking, or advertising identifiers
• Any information that could personally identify you
How We Use Your Information
• To store and sync your meet schedules across app sessions
• To manage your free vs. premium status
• To provide core App functionality (creating, viewing, and backing up meets)
• To improve the App using only aggregated, fully anonymized data (no individual tracking)
Data Storage and Retention
• Your meet data is stored on secure cloud servers associated only with your anonymous Device UUID.
• A local copy is also kept on your device for offline access.
• We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your Rights” below).
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
We may share data only in these limited cases:
• With trusted service providers who help operate the App (under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements)
• If required by law or a valid legal process
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Foresight Pulse LLC, our users, or the public
Security
We use industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit and at rest, access controls) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App deletes all local data from your device. To request deletion of your server-stored meet data (associated with your Device UUID), email us at the address below.
• Permissions: You can revoke any permissions (such as location) at any time in your device settings.
• Offline Use: The App works fully offline using local storage.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
